Pros
Staff can work together very well. Person served can be great to work with/ be around. Very fulfilling work in the right circumstances.
Cons
The administration is unsupportive and constantly moves goal posts. Too much work, especially work that does not apply to your position, will be put on your shoulders. Constant forced overtime. No staff support. Staff is entirely burnt out and unsupported but expected to feel fulfilled by pizza parties and ice cream days instead of higher pay and rest days. They hire admin/ leaders who do not care about who they are overseeing.
