      Flexible schedule Warm community Good starting job Benefits

      Cons

      Being on call for a whole week for 24/7 and not being paid extra when on call Low pay for a lot of work Not receiving PTO, sick pay and etc for the first few months. Do not get paid overtime unless approved (normally will not be approved and you will lose money )
