      Pros

      The people at the company are very dedicated and friendly. The company is small so the potential to be at a high impact position is very likely.

      Cons

      The pay is not the best if you are at the bottom of the totem poll. If you are at the bottom of the totem poll, you will not feel heard over the higher positioned employees.

      It is an emotionally rewarding job.

      Cons

      How they promote people does not feel rewarding and becomes somewhat stagnant. Not much room to grow if you aren’t already on the top.
