      Pros

      The people really do make the company, it has a family feel to it and I find that everyone is very welcoming and always happy to help. This creates a positive working environment. I believe that if you work hard you can have a brilliant career here.

      Personal experience - no negatives. Bridgeway Consulting are always open to change and think about their employees. Recently introduced new company perks to ensure a healthy work life balance!
