Pros

The weather in Panama City Beach is beautiful most of the year, the beaches are gorgeous, the locals are very friendly and welcoming to strangers and if you manage to get any time off you might enjoy it.

Cons

1.poor boundaries (expected to go to AA meetings with clients and director)) 2.no benefits, sick days, personal days, dental , vacation nada(boss takes his though) 3.bring your own computer & printer took 6 months to get a computer never got a printer. Had to pay for my own ink. 4. Lots of job ambiguity, job expectations changed on a weekly basis including who to report to, hours changed based on financial situation and then you were supposed to guess they changed back, lots of politics, one guy went on vacation when he got back they moved everything out of his office without telling him. He had been demoted humiliating him. Huge turn over in staff, in 1 year everyone one aside from a hand full was fired or left. He talks really bad about every body who leaves too. One lady had a phd and he said he thought all phd's were stupid, really?
