      Half day Fridays (if you’re lucky) Good processes Lots of capable people here

      Cons

      Bridgit says a lot about people first culture and people first software. Is it people first to fire 20 people before Christmas twice in a row? Is it people first to fire 4 new mothers while they’re on maternity leave? Is it people first to keep toxic and nepotistic leaders on the team even after they drive away talented people?

      You have an opportunity to learn and meet some decent people at the lower levels of the company, but there is little to no incentive or ability to invest long term.

      Cons

      The cultural aspects pushed from the executive level is toxic It's a female variation on bro culture. The company was started by two trust fund kids, who have little to no empathy or consideration for the people working under them. It's all image and no heart.
