Bad manager in N. America. No support for the regionals. A lot of unethical conduct, not paying out timely commissions, misrepresentation of the company value, much smaller than what they try to make you believe before you join. Fabricated pipeline. If you're looking for a company to grow a career it's not happening here. Unpaid holidays if the holiday falls on a weekend even though it's against the law. The N. America Management creates a toxic work environment and clearly have never been in sales prior to joining BriefCam. No coaching skills, people-skills, or selling skills. Partners begged us to keep management away from the end-user which makes traveling with them very difficult. I lost deals when management got involved. Management undermines the sales team by reaching out to end-users to renegotiate what was already negotiated by the regional sales person, without the regional being involved! Unethical practices! Look elsewhere for employment. Bad opportunity. Even recruiters warn against taking a job here based on the feedback they received from previous employees. Just look at the turnover rate. That should tell you everything you need to know.
