Pros

Met some great people who stay in contact.

Cons

Why would you want to purchase a vehicle of any kind from Russ Briggs when knowing that I had a cancer diagnosis, was denied my doctor's appointments and was fired for absolutely no reason at all...no verbal warnings, no written warnings. Fired a week after spending almost $50,000 on a truck at his dealership. Is that how you would treat your employee? Would you buy a vehicle from someone so wrong and cold-hearted?

The pay seems ok. That's about it.

Cons

Very high stress. You are just a body.

Pros

Great hourly pay, plus commissions. Hour lunch and 2 - 15 breaks.

Cons

Too many outbound calls expected. They expect appointments when it's kinda luck of the draw for the people picking up and making them come into the dealership. Only one good BDM. The rest aren't that great. General manager isn't realistic. We shouldn't be calling people daily for months.
