Pros
The bosses are very fun, light-hearted, down-to-earth guys. All of the employees are pretty good people too. The main office is always fun, some great animatronic toys and stuff. Great leadership.
Cons
A bit disorganized, leaders do micromanage a bit too much to I think. They should ease up and delegate more. There is a decent amount of gossiping that goes around amidst certain employees as well.
