The outline for the company has all the attributes to be successful, but its a matter of implementing process and procedures swiftly and equally across the board.
Cons
Because this employer is absent, they do not have a grip on the type of staffing they have nor how effect everyone is at their position. There is a lot of uncalled drama which I feel will chase most professionals away from a long time commitment with this company.
