The only pro is the experience you receive with interviews IF Gary likes you and decides you have made him enough money to be 'leader'.

Cons

Bright Future does not give you a bright future at all. It allows you the opportunity to test your work ethic and work more hours than what you are told in the interviews, and then those hours are on 'your time', so instead of being paid overtime, you are not paid at all. This is a pyramid scheme. The manager there will promise you a 'bright future' better than corporate America and talk about 'suffer now not later' when in reality you could get a job at Wells Fargo and make even more. The environment is unprofessional, unorganized, and repetitive. There is no growth, no opportunity, and there is no self suffiency. It's all a pyramid, and Gary is the one profiting from the hours you work that you aren't paid for, not to mention the fact that there are 0 benefits. This is an 'opportunity' you fresh grads should just let pass you by, and let's not even mention the 6 days on 1 day off. No work life balance at all. You will be stressed, you will be overwhelmed, and this will burn you out.

We want to apologize for the confusion, as our business is absolutely not a pyramid scheme in any way. We offer an hourly rate plus opportunity for weekly bonuses and overtime hours are always compensated. Gary does make sure that each person he selects to be a leader must meet certain compliance, brand management, punctuality, and sales requirements, but he tries his best to get each individual to that point! Our team takes pride in promoting individuals based upon OVERALL work performance, not solely sales. Long-term growth and advancement is our number one focus for each individual at our company. I have been working with Bright Future Management since 2014. I LOVE the fact that I have a guaranteed base salary, but I also earn commission. This gives me an unlimited income potential. The harder I work, the more I make, and I have received some very nice paychecks! It's also pretty cool that we get paid weekly. I like how the company ONLY promotes from within. Everyone starts at the same place, but has amazing potential for growth.

Cons

This job isn't for everyone. You have to enjoy talking to people, and you have to be willing to work. If you don't like people, and prefer to sit in a cubicle and stare at a computer screen, this probably isn't for you.

The Opportunities Only Stops If You Make It Stop

Great opportunities, I have been working at Bright Future Management for over 3 months now. I had worked at so many different places before this company but till now I hadn't felt as if that job was it for me. After the first week of working at Bright Future Management I realized that it was not just a job, but it could be my career. A month ago I got promoted to "leadership" now I get to train new hires and also do 2nd round interviews. Nothing beats the feeling of walking into the such an impactful office every morning. In couple of months my leader and I are looking into managing our own market. The opportunities only stops if you stop it, in this business.

Cons

There are some things in this world that doesn't have anything wrong with it, Bright Future Management is one of those things.
