A Fantastic Team and Positive Working Environment, Ineffective and Terrible Management

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working alongside patients and partner organizations. The work environment was exceptional, thanks to the presence of a strong and supportive care team that made each day enjoyable. The camaraderie and collaboration within my team makes you eagerly anticipate coming to work everyday.
Cons
The internal politics within this organization is nothing but terrible. It's baffling to me how the higher ups have managed to oversee the company for years without providing any salary increases or incentives to the employees. Most employees don't even have paid leaves. Despite dedicating nearly three years of my career to this company, I was only granted a raise once. The expectation is that employees should understand the company's situation, but unfortunately, there is a lack of consideration and regard for their well-being. Furthermore, the company's approach to employee resignations is highly questionable. While employees are expected to provide a two-week notice, the company terminated a significant number of employees without any prior notice, right before the holidays. This disregard for proper communication and respect is disheartening. Additionally, the admissions management's behavior towards their staff is nothing short of bullying. Their personal biases have resulted in a toxic work environment, causing anxiety and distress among her team members throughout their entire tenure. Overall, the negative experiences with the politics, lack of employee support, and unprofessional behavior within this company have been deeply disheartening and have significantly impacted the well-being and morale of the employees.
