Drive time pay could be better when you have a lunch break. Some higher ups don’t care about you and reply to you with a rude attitude. Families can be difficult and supervisors will not remove you from household even if you tell them you’re uncomfortable. Too much work for such little pay..you WILL take work home and work on-call.
