      Not so bad...

      Pros

      Office environment overall; aesthetically very nice modern, and professional; loved the bagels in the morning, the once a year breakfast brunches; It was a nice and fun place to work.

      Cons

      Leadership operated in a vacuum of old fashion, outdated practices; limited it any work from home opportunities; in some departments, there was a very strict code of checking in and out when you arrived and left from work; There was little support from some in leadership with regard to internal growth and development.

      It is still early in the merger. Salary structure is now at the going market rates

      Chaotic at the moment. Still trying to become one. Poor decisions by senior management and a lack of accountabillity

      Pros

      This company is a sweatshop with a high turnover. You will be overworked and underpaid. Even if you work 60-70 hours a week you will be under appreciated and critisized by senior management. Many employees dont stay here for long. High turn over leads to employees taking on tasks that they were not assigned

      Cons

      Everything. Management is extremely rude and disrespectful. Underpaid compared to other companies. Very high turn over. Under appreciates good employees. If you wanna be in meetings all days and continuous critisized no matter how hard you work this is the company for you. You will be forced to work overtime to meet deadlines.
