We have noticed a pattern of multiple negative reviews being submitted in a short period, which appears intended to impact our overall rating rather than provide balanced, constructive feedback. While we fully respect everyone’s right to share their experience, we encourage honest and fair representation.
In response to your comment regarding positive reviews, we want to be clear that we do not instruct or pressure employees on what to write. As part of our standard internal process, we send a single optional email to team members approximately six months after they join, inviting them to leave a review if they feel comfortable doing so. Participation is entirely voluntary, and all feedback—positive or negative—is welcomed without influence.
