Training was not done correctly at all, having no experience in the field they basically expect you to know everything right off the bat or at least the first two days that you're there. Everything is extremely disorganized in the way that they train you. Expect them to ask you to do things that you have no idea how to do because you were never trained how to or properly.
They basically pile hundreds of things on you to do even when not trained properly. They are extremely unfair in the way they treat their employees, if something is done wrong or not in their favor expect to be scolded. And if anything happens within the office, it pretty much all falls back on the front office area so just know that all the blame is put on you.... even when you weren't trained correctly on most aspects. So basically, half the time you're gonna have to literally act like you know what you're doing and hope you don't mess up because you're going in blindly.
