Pros

There’s some nice people who work there

Cons

Strong flexibility was promised during the interview (no real in-office policy, ability to work nights as long as work was done, remote employee from NH example), but it was quickly walked back to a strict 4–5 day in-office requirement described as “fluid.” • New hires are told office presence is needed “to learn,” yet almost no actual mentoring or hands-on training happened in the first month. • Pay is noticeably lower than comparable bank roles for the same level of experience and LESS workload. • Inconsistent policy enforcement across teams and poor follow-through on commitments (e.g., promises to follow up by end of day went unanswered). • The “best place you ever worked” messaging in trainings did not match the day-to-day reality of shifting expectations and lack of support for new hires.
