Incompetent at delivering what is promised. Demo class I had showed majority of their teachers are not well trained to teach kids. I really wanted this for my kid so I requested another demo session to find the right teacher and was able to find one. I signed up with the sole condition that the teacher needs to be the assigned teacher for my kid which was guaranteed. 1st & 2nd class ended up being cancelled because they sent the wrong teacher and I had escalated it the first time. At this point, I could see their incompetence and can only see it getting worse going forward, so I cancelled the program and requested for my refund. Then they starting sending every single staff to message me on WhatsApp and all pretending they don’t know what the issue was for cancellation and that they want to learn what it is and fix it. You are right… Just after my money. It has been over 2 weeks now and they still haven’t issued my refund so I had to go through my bank. Based on what I have observed about their business practices, they are only good at getting the money, but don’t put it to good use at ensuring the teachers are well trained to properly educate kids and they don’t take customer concerns seriously except when it hurts their pocket, then every staff will reach out to you playing dumb.
