Pros

Remote work offered, competitive pay

Cons

CEO is a bully towards employees and partners causing good employees and partners to leave. Due to this, there have been multiple waves of layoffs, everyone is scared for their job.

Mental health nightmare

Business outlook

Pros

Pretty good place at entry level

Cons

- Extremely toxic and abusive CEO (and sole owner) with no support anywhere. CEO will pull you into a call just to scream and cuss at you for hours on end blaming you for the company failing. Will also do the same thing in person in front of the rest of the staff. He has done this to at least 5 people I know of. - Unsustainable and aggressively shady business practices - Impossible goals set by CEO as he stands in the way - Moving targets in order to dangle the carrot (bonuses for the team) that never come - Processes for agents are constantly changing due to everything being ran based on the CEO's mood for that day. - Extremely good people are leaving constantly because of the toxic and abusive environment. There isn't anyone that works with the CEO that feels differently
