Pros

One of my worst job experiences.

Cons

Poorly organized. Profits over clients is the drive there. They treat you as a number to just meet their numbers.

Pros

You always will have new co-workers to meet since there is a revolving door for all positions. You will likely get opportunities to work in roles you did not apply for if not right away as soon as there is a needed open position to fill which is frequently. You will receive constant direction and micro-management like you have never know, so this may feel very supportive to some people. You will be encouraged to use AI for almost everything eliminating the need to think for yourself. There is always good drama, since this is encouraged in this workplace. You will be paid to give reviews on all platforms about working at BrightPath, so that's a bonus!

Cons

Very new company with a complete lack of established processes and procedures. Not fully aligned with licensing or regulations for 245D services, which increases personal liability risks for roles at BT level and above regarding disqualifications from the field. Unrealistic work-life balance expectations for salaried staff, often requiring 50+ hour weeks, evenings and weekends Difficult or nearly impossible to use sick time and PTO. Unprofessional work environment; including yelling, blaming and profanity Executive Director exhibits emotional instability, significantly impacting workplace morale and impacting the entire organization. Employees are frequently pushed into management roles for which they are not qualified. Company offers bonus agreements to salaried staff that are completely unrealistic and unachievable. While a merit based bonus is promised in offer letters they are not always honored and when they are seldom paid out. Frequently after offer letters go out, offers will be rescinded prior to the employee starting or during their first week, leaving people jobless. This happened multiple times to multiple new hires. The company prioritizes profits over people they support and their staff; failing to truly live its stated mission and values.
