Pros

Perks of being a resort employee include a season pass, discounted day passes to some resorts (with limitations), pro deals, discounts on some retail and food items, and discounted rental equipment.

Cons

The management has no regard for how they treat employees and would rather terminate seasonal employees than help them with improving performance. Multiple accounts of firing without warning, collusion within management which breaches the Nepotism Policy, and vengeful firing has been witnessed.

Pros

Fun and relaxed environment with great skiing and snowboarding

Cons

Unequal treatment of staff that are favorites vs those who aren’t. Favorites tend to be the family. Nepotism is rampant.

Fun job, Poor Pay

Pros

Fun people, free employee season pass with benefits, and beautiful scenery

Cons

The pay is extremely minimal compared to the money the resort makes off of you. Pay is also based on how many lessons are given, so you could be there all day and not be paid for it.
