      A very welcoming environment, everyone has been very helpful in enabling me to settle in and learn the role at a steady pace. The home working element has been a real positive as well, this has enabled me to have a better work life balance than previous roles. The future of the company is very bright with prospective growth and more opportunities that come with expansion. The benefits are outstanding

      Cons

      Normal teething issues with a growing business, communication can sometimes not be optimum but within my team we communicate very well which softens this.

      the benefits that are included are amazing, the fact that they put employees above profits is very rare and something that many businesses do not do anymore
