Pros

Usually always shifts going , with decent hours pay is was good and weekly pay was helpful staff where nice to talk to

Cons

Hours aren't guaranteed every week and be stressful to not knowing what's happening week to week , shifts are first come first served so if you're last to call up may get nothing , paper time sheets are outdated and ones that were sent in got lost had to send duplicates a lot as won't process pay without them

You don't have a work rota, work is based on availability meaning you can choose when you want to work,therefore suitable for students and good holiday pay

Cons

I don't see any negative aspects in working with brightwork, although it can be very stressful at times

Met great people, majority of colleagues are great. Shame about management..

Cons

New manager with no experience totally destroyed a once very successful team. High staff turnover, terrible salary and awful manager. No training involved and job is basically complaint handling with candidates being unpaid week after week. No processes in place and extremely unprofessional 'manager' who takes short cuts and breaks rules however passes the buck onto less experienced staff. Promises of training however not carried through.
