Pros
Company has mediocre-good technology, family atmosphere
Cons
Company is not managed effectively or with focused vision. Company laid off over 30% of staff one month into my hire. I survived but the 401K company contribution didn't. I was lead to believe their technology was TSA approved and now they have decided to almost completely scrap their current technology in favor of a handheld device that is also unproven. Rumors of the company being bought are rampant and everyone is looking to find a new job. Company morale is super low. Have gone through 3-4 VP of Sales in the last 1-2 years.
