      Great Mission. Management really cares about its employees. The office environment is lively and fun. The work is challenging, rewarding and fast paced. Talented co-workers.

      Because of the company's fast growth, the pace can be challenging for some.

      Pros

      Scrappy and no red tape. Well funded. Really smart people that are passionate about their work. The founder/CEO, Blake, is engaged and gives a lot of autonomy.

      none yet, we just want to hire more smart and kind people so we can ship more purpose-built product.

      Pros

      You are surrounded by an incredible team of passionate, smart people who want to make a positive impact on our world. I get to have full ownership and be a builder in my area of work to help shape this company as it continues to grow and scale. It has great potential for long term career development and financial rewards. Also, hybrid/flexible work is very flexible and reasonable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the range of diversity of the team.

      Cons

      It has some of the 'messiness' and moving lines of a fast growing start up where there could be more structure or some things seem to be missing . If you don't like ambiguity and lack of structure, it could really bother you. Compensation is really competitive, but some healthcare and other benefits could be improved.
