None whatsoever, run and run fast.
Cons
Labor violations galore, the President makes you work through your breaks and lunch periods. He is very unprofessional, degrading to the staff and has bad hygiene. Never pays commission unless you keep track and even then it's an uphill battle. He's had to move locations and change the name of business.
