      Pros

      Very satisfactory company according to both salary and benefits and the working environment. It is not so much open to improve oneself but it is a guaranty business. Both working and retirement benefits are the best in Turkey.

      Cons

      It is not so much open to improve oneself but it is a guaranty business. The product is tyre so that the customer is local dialers. If you are a person which is interested in modern and intellectual environments you will not find it there.
