      1. No technology advancement 2. No licensed Tools 3. No trainings 4. No cafeteria 5. No recreational facilities 6. No onsite opportunities 7. No promotion if you are not manager's favorite personally 8. Demotion in career if you are into M&M project 9. You will be fired if you are on bench 10. You are fired if you report against managers to HRs 11. High Politics 12. No respect for individuals 13. Good for nothing organization 14. Attrition is very high due to the mismanagement
