Lovely people, approachable and kind partners, interesting work, good pay for work life balance

Cons

Tech isn’t great and facilities / building aren’t very high spec (but we are moving), not really any infrastructure to do late nights in the office (though this is because it’s not expected to happen much so kind of a pro)

There are many cons including (but not limited to) the following: (i) very clique and difficult to fit in, especially if you don't have friends working there already, (ii) unhealthy work culture (people appear friendly but it's all fake, work drama is normalised), and (iii) terrible pay compared to hours expected (better off working for a better paying firm as your hours will be the same)
