Brand name is the only advantage and nothing else

Cons

1. Work culture pathetic 2. Senior Management careless attitude with no consideration on the employee welfare 3. Company is too biased for certain people 4. Mental harrassment 5. No growth in terms of position and salary 6. Poor compensation 7. Very poor work environment 8. Inequality and discrimination 9. No action taken against managers in case they are wrong 10. Politics 11. This organization is not a long term one the people at the top level are too insecure of their position and won't let you grow at all. There is no scope of promotion for years and no recognition 12. Increement happens not on basis of work that happens but depending on how much you have buttered the manager. 13. No respect for the junior officials
