Pros
None! but if I were to say one thing you have an early start time so you have a good chuck of day to yourself if they don't make you stay overtime!
Cons
Very low pay. Tedious repetitive work. Extremely under qualified QA leadership, i can only assume they're there because they can't get a job elsewhere. Ownership is very greedy. Absolutely no benefits for employees, only the bare minimum. HR is non-existant and is only there to bend the rules to benefit the owner.
