      Pros

      Honest company, paying on time .

      Cons

      Accounting, and management are sometimes difficult to get on the phone instantly, but the good thing is you always get a phone call back same day and every problem is being solved fairly and mostly in drivers favor.

      There are absolutely no pros for this company

      Cons

      They will lie to you. They lie about the miles, the lanes, and most importantly pay. They will tell you they are not forced dispatch, but they are, and lord forbids if you want a day off.

      Great company to work for. Direct deposit every Thursday. Always getting paid what iam supposed to.

      Thank you very much for your feedback. Yes, unfortunately, we have 401K at the moment but we offer a W-2 employee contract with Health, Dental, and Vision insurances benefit programs. We also offer 1099 contract with health benefits packages. We might introduce 401 programs next year and definitely will advertise that option. We wish all the best with Brite Logistics!
