      Pros

      The people are amazing, they treat you like family and want only the best for you. Dean and Jaime Lyons are always making sure their staff and customers are first, and in doing that, they have made a company to be proud of. The pay is good and they are always fun to be around because they understand working hard and playing hard too. I love BRITE NITES.

      Seasonal work may be inconvenient.

      mom and pop feeling in a booming company, easy to talk to upper management, a lot of room for growth and continued education.

      Seasonality can be hard for some but the money and people are worth it.
