I worked with talented developers across mobile (Flutter), backend (.NET, C#), and cloud platforms (Azure). The emphasis on code quality, proper testing, and technical best practices created a professional engineering culture where people genuinely cared about building good software. Learning and growth opportunities: I was able to transition from Senior Developer to Product Owner, which demonstrated the company's willingness to support internal career development. Project pipeline variability creates uncertainty: The business development pipeline can be inconsistent, which creates uncertainty around project continuity and team stability. Our team submitted 5+ proposals over several months without securing new work, which ultimately led to restructuring. While this is a reality of project-based consulting, it can be challenging for team morale and career planning when pipeline visibility is limited.
