Good perks, slightly old fashioned structure

Pros

Good perks, and salary package. Given responsibility and able to engage with doctors on the issues that matter.

Cons

The structure of the BMA was under-review and may have changed. However I found it be slightly old fashioned.

Pros

Pay is good for a not for profit.

Cons

A stable place is in bizarre war with itself in past 6 months or so. Sniping from colleagues who I used to consider friends now seems to be the norm here.

Pros

Team are very supportive Pay and reward

Cons

CEO all about himself. Has recruited a load of staff around him as a protective layer. Says it’s staff first, but all talk. Redundancy looming but he avoids questions on it. Gave staff a small bonus to sweeten us. We all saw through the tactics. The worst BMA CEO yet.
