door to door sales
They claim they're hiring you for an account manager position, but it'll take 2-6 weeks to move into the positions which is typical for a normal door to door sales. They do this for psychological purposes, the position truly is a door-to-door sales position and as long as you make quota, you will move up to "account manager." They put an enormous amount of pressure on you and require you to be an "assistant manager" within 4 months and a "branch manager anywhere is the US" in 8-12 months. DO NOT get reeled in. This is a PYRAMID SCHEME. Also, look up "Powerhouse Promotions" and "Summit Marketing" "Summit Consulting" claiming to have Verizon as their big account. These are bogus business names all run by Lena Gillis, "branch manager"
During the 3 part interview process, they bring you in a group interview. For round 2, they make you think you beat out the others and have a 2nd group interview with "one other candidate." 3rd phone call is the offer where Lena says "Hey, we loved your personality...you'd be a great fit. Congratulations on making it through" Truth is, everyone gets hired.
If you're into door - to - door sales, and love working 6 days a week (12-8:30 Monday - Friday; 9-2pm Saturdays) then this is the job for you!
Thing is it probably wouldn't have been so bad if they were honest from the beginning instead of hiding behind "account manager" titles.
