      While working at Briza, I enjoyed a dynamic start-up environment that empowered employees to solve problems and drive impact. Additionally, Briza did an excellent job recruiting an intelligent, creative, and high-energy team.

      Cons

      The company was still establishing product-market fit, which made day-to-day life/work highly uncertain for the large team.

      Squandered by poor executive leadership. Attrition is high critical contributors leaving every month for better opportunities. Company is still trying to find PMF.
