Remote setting, and working with the live cams and the Zoolife.tv community.
Cons
Management is compeltely self absorbed and will screw over employees at a moment's notice, They have no respect for your time off whatsoever and will ask you to do things at 11 pm on a Sunday night in order to meet unrealistic deadlines that they made for themselves. They changed my pay structure after a year and then attempted not to pay me for work I had already done. They do not have a legal appearance release for me and are refusing to take down videos featuring my likeness. On top of all of that, they are taking a wonderful idea that should be incredibly successful and managing it so poorly that the odds are they won't survive.
