Pros

Honestly, after my tenure there, the pros I thought were pros were not

Cons

Oh where do I start? I honestly should have read the reviews before I interviewed with this company. They essentially suck. They will use you and drain you until you are on your last leg and throw you away. There are people in this company that do not like to be challenged or even asked for help. They will come up with a reason to get rid of you if you rub them the wrong way. There is no innovation here, they like to tell you that and have you working on projects for months for them to go NOWHERE. They will pile on work and when you ask for help, they shame you and tell you to figure out a way to do better. They will dismiss you with no real cause. And to deal with all of this for not even the standard pay for the position and work because you claim to not be doing as well as expected, but then go and open stores and increase your headcount? Why does that make sense if you don’t even have enough to give the standard increase during review time? Just a typical bunch of men and women that think they are smart and are not and are intimidated by anyone that shows they are smarter than them and with great ideas because they have none. Also do not share your personal business with anyone, they will use it against you. But because I was raised right, I still wish the best for everyone. :) but I will not lie and recommend people to work here, especially in corporate, because it is a waste of time unless you are a director or in accounting.

Not A Great Place to Work

Pros

If you're on the retail side of the business you will have the world handed to you. Great coworkers (non-leadership).

Cons

If you're in the corporate office expect laughable "perks." Including a very minimal PTO split into semesters, you could be docked PTO if you are sick for some people but others can take basically unlimited time. Micromanagement at its finest, the CEO has his hands in every single pot and needs to trust his teams to do the job they were hired to do. Also loved hearing derogatory comments made about females, don't expect to grow in this company unless you are buddy-buddy with leadership, they will make positions for their friends but people who actually work and do well at their jobs do not get rewarded. You will have to negotiate for market rate they want to pay entry level salaries for mid-level to senior level work.

Not what it seems

Pros

Everyone is kind and you get to work from home.

Cons

VERY low pay unless you’re one of the upper management who don’t seem to do much other than distract the employees from the fact they aren’t getting paid an appropriate rate. Lots of workshops to again make people try to feel good about being there. It’s an oversell! If you have to run charity drives for your folks you may not be paying them enough.
