Pros

when the "managers" where doing the cult like chanting and clapping to fire up their sales team, the sales team seemed to believe their nonsense.

Cons

100% commission based job. based on you ability to sell door to door what ever they are selling at the time from all of the "fortune 500 companies" they work for. and according to the guy who interviewed me they too were a "fortune 500 company" as well. they seemed to like to say "fortune 500" a whole bunch. they are looking for managers, but you first have to go through the 4 levels of the company before you can become a manager. even if you have extensive managerial experience.

Pros

It's exciting coming into work and share space with motivated individuals whom are goal oriented and driven towards success. Everything is very structured to help each person grow at their own individual pace and I enjoy the availibity to work side by side with leading managers. Fun activities every Thursday with coworkers outside of a work environment.

Cons

No microwave, so eating out gets expensive. Parking is hard to find make sure you have some quarters for the meter. Hours can be long at times

With more than a dozen watering holes around the office, we just do not want any liquid stain on your nicely crisp shirt.

Pros

Usually a fun work environment, teaches you a business mindset getting rid of the employee mindset. Am and PM atmosphere is fun

Cons

Commission only so if you don't get any sales for the day you don't make any money, long hours 11am-9pm, mandatory "team night" Thursday nights after a long day of work of either making money or not and being forced to go out and come back at 11am. 11am is really being late you should arrive 10 to 1030. Travel into the hood of Paterson, Irvington, Newark etc. even if you make sales they have to be installed before you can receive payment. 3-4 weeks before receiving first pay check.
