HR is absent and difficult to connect with to gain clarification on policies when needed. Paid time off was extremely difficult to actually obtain and not clearly explained. I was promised training upon hire, but when I requested promised training was given excuses and delayed. I feel that management turns a blind eye to unsafe work practices and lack of training, and takes unkindly to employees denying unsafe work, in my opinion, this creates an exploitative work environment. Understaffed.

Long hours during harvest but only lasts a few weeks. Good opportunity to make extra money and they try really hard to schedule around your life and share the load equally with everyone.
