      The people above you don’t know what they need and everything be will be last minute with wrong information for all graphics/ flyers / emails etc. The CEO just likes to hear his own mouth flap instead of get real work done that makes a difference for customers and employees.

      There is not much nice to say about working for or with Broadstar.

      Cons

      At the company, there seems to be room for improvement in terms of providing clear direction. Employees frequently find themselves navigating changes in plans and information, which can sometimes create challenges. Expectations on employees may benefit from further consideration, especially in terms of recognizing and rewarding extra efforts. I wish the organization success moving forward.
