Great people to work with, at least before they all leave.

Cons

There are layoffs every three months that we are told will be the "last time" and then it happens again. The engineering team has been reduced so much that they can't design any new products. The company is being run as a manufacturing company that forgot who designed the products they are manufacturing.

I had a review on here, but somehow it's disappeared. That doesn't speak too well of Glassdoor. Anyway, at the time I worked there, it was fairly low stress. I heard that has changed, so I'm amazed anyone sticks it out given the current booming economy.

Cons

A 50M that likely doesn't make 5M nowadays. Consistent layoffs due to poor project management and the lack of ability to say 'no' to customers so products can be completed. Failure of sales department to sell what BMS actually makes or is capable of making with minimal modification.

What is left of the engineering and technical team are a great group to work with.

Cons

Doesn't pay vendors, so you will be asked to design using components from brokers who will extend credit. Forget Digi-Key and Mouser - they're on credit hold. Existing company products are very (7-10+ years) old and difficult to manufacture due to many component obsolescence issues and loss of knowledge from summary layoff some time ago. There is no investment in future products, no schedule, and no direction from the company. Engineering team is too small and restricted by daily operations problems to design new products.
