Pros

Good benefits, remote work, internet reimbursement, and home office stipends.

Cons

If you're reading this review, you might have some questions. You might be asking yourself: why does a company that's existed since 2015 have so few Glassdoor reviews? Especially given its rate of employee turnover? Perhaps you're asking yourself why the reviews that *do* exist are so suspiciously similar, and why they're all from the exact same time period (January 2022)? Maybe you're wondering if Broadlume is an honest company that takes care of its employees, or precisely the opposite? And, if the latter were true, what would life be like working at that sort of place? What types of toxic, manipulative, and exploitative behavior might employees be subjected to on a daily basis? So many questions you could ask.

Pros

None that I can really think of.

Cons

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The core senior leadership (those from AdHawk) are in it for themselves. They don't care about the employees, lack actual leadership skills, and have zero integrity and follow-through. They constantly make promises they won't keep. And, they prop each other up even though they're equally incompetent. Their salaries are 250k up at the VP level, while everyone else makes pennies compared to that. They have gone through layoff after layoff (the most recent one on 11/01/02 - 10% of the company) because they absolutely suck at managing their money (or making money for that matter - ask them about their burn rate) and are basically throwing stuff against the wall and hoping it sticks. Don't expect much from this organization other than disappointment. You'll be told a great story, that is fictional at best, but it's not based in reality.

Pros

-Employee perks. -Work from home atmosphere.

Cons

-Inability to trust in company leaders and management. -Constant talk of upward trajectory, growth, and sales when in reality business goals are unmet, leading to layoffs and distrust. -Disorganized management and lacking leadership. -Layoffs can and will happen at any time.
