- The size of the company and the stage it is as means that the potential for your growth is huge. - Your voice always gets heard and your work gets in the hands of our loyal and growing user base. Seeing something you have created being interacted with daily by thousands of people brings great job satisfaction. - The team really cares – sounds cliche but it's true. Each person is invested in the success of Broadstone so there is no time for office politics and bureaucracy. Everyone celebrates everyone else's little wins and pulls together to help out.
Cons
- The flip side of a fast growing startup is that things are constantly changing and large product changes enter the pipeline when opportunities are spotted. At least it keeps you on your toes and ensures your days fly by. - Time is valuable and we always want to make sure we are heading in the big picture direction. This might seem like the work is never ending but nothing some solid time management and a great team can't sort out.
