      Family type atmosphere. Management cared about employees and provided good feedback and training. Company lunches provide during holidays and high volume.

      Cons

      They were bought out by another company which did not hold the same company culture or values.

      Working at Broadview was good for many years. I enjoyed my time there and learned alot.
