Pros

-WFH (outside of California) -Great peers outside of management -Jim seems great -Diverse for such a small company

Cons

-So many company changes since the beginning of the year, it is nearly unrecognizable from who they were five years ago -Rude management, they will talk down to you and TRY to make you feel dumb -Supervisors micromanage you without giving any support where necessary -The culture is totally dead. Everyone hates their jobs. Meetings are tense and feel like a bunch of zombies on screen -They invite feedback and then retaliate when you give it to them -Marketing has no idea what the product even does and goes back to sales to ask them what they should be marketing and to whom -Tried to move into CX before they were ready, now they have a product that they have put all their eggs in its basket and it doesn't even compare to anyone else on the market -Pay is far less than everyone else -People are dropping like flies, everyone is quitting or getting fired and the rest of us are all brushing up our resumes in preparation. -If you take any time off, expect to have your supervisor reach out to you still. They also do not care what time zone you are in, leadership is all in California and they WILL send you "urgent" matters after 5 PM your time. I will sometimes get emails and Teams messages at 11:30 at night! My manager messaged me over the weekend, I didn't respond as it wasn't an urgent matter and she called me first thing Monday morning asking why i hadn't responded to her. They have no respect for your life outside of work.
