Pros

-I was able to work with the core IT group which was full of knowledgeable techs. -That group of individuals was some of the best that I have ever worked with. -Great work/life balance.

Cons

-Probably the most mismanaged company I have ever worked for. -Changes came down from the very TOP without ANY kind of plan in place for how to transition the company during these major, company changing decisions. -Input from others is not appreciated, even when it benefits the company, with no specific reason as to why input was disregarded other than root cause being poor management.

Pay was great. Flexible schedule with the right manager

Cons

Very good ole boy with new management, especially in IT. If you like to work in a place that remotely diverse this is not the company for you. This company is going under fast. they have had two massive layoffs in the last 12 months and have brought in new management that is tanking the company even faster.

There is absolutely no direction with this company. Everything is mismanaged. Be prepared to be laid off without even a days notice. That’s how bad it is here New CIO hired his best friend as director of technology. Best friend laid off an entire I.t. office first month on the job.
