Pros
They really encourage a family/ team atmosphere. Lots of fun in the office. But be careful to not spend too much outside time with your coworkers- the office is very small and it will get uncomfortable if you bring outside issues to work.
Cons
The average age range of BCG employees should be a big red flag to anyone thinking about working here. If you're trying to get into the field and find a mentor- keep searching. You'll be brought in as an intern, promoted and paid low/your intern salary, and you'll receive relatively no guidance that will hurt you more than help you in the future. sometimes feels like you're working in more of a design chop shop than the "studio" or"agency" they tell you ou're in.
