      Everyone is kind and helpful for the most part. Casual dress code

      Nobody knows whats going on in this company including the managers. They expect you to know how to do tasks. I was hired as a management trainee and was doing shipping and receiving. Nothing related to the position as I was originally hired for. - Micromanagment - Low pay - Long Hours - Expected to do work from home on your sick days - Health benefits - Understaffed, one employee is expected to do there work of three at another company - if you have options on the table avoid

      Pros

      Small organization that is growing, lots of room for learning if you want this to be w lifetime job.

      Cons

      The job description is decieving, especially for Management Trainees, they tell you that you will be travelling alt to experience each part of the business but that ever actually happens. You will be basically required to do admin work, and working conditions are dirty. Not the place to be for any Erwin who has aspirations for themselves.
